EDITOR'S REVIEW

Omega has been worn by the British spy James Bond since the 1995 film Golden Eye. With the announcement of the new Daniel Craig Bond movie, Spectre, Omega fans waited to see whether the collaboration would be continued. And they will not be disappointed as Bond is equipped with this new, limited edition, Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra 150m watch. With only 15,007 timepieces in production, the stainless steel watch features many nods to its Bond heritage. The rugged 41.5mm stainless steel case houses a textured deep blue dial that echoes the motif found on the Bond family coat of arms. A yellow minute track encircles the dial, offset with luminescent steel tapered batons, a date window at 3 o'clock, and central hour and minute hands, with a yellow seconds hand adorned with the Bond crest. The in-house Master Co-Axial automatic movement, calibre 8507, is visible through the sapphire crystal case back. A further nod to its Bond connection is the gun barrel shape cut into the oscillating rotor. Worn on an integrated stainless steel bracelet, this watch is water resistant to 150m and, in true Bond style, can withstand magnetic forces of up to 15,007 gauss.
