Cannes 2017 sees the launch of 'Love on the Rocks' de GRISOGONO's latest high jewellery creations. Fawaz Gruosi's love of precious stones comes to life in these voluptuous jewels that reflect his passion for perfection. And it's not just about the huge stones and the fabulous colours, each jewel is alive with movement and delightful details, and always with a touch of playfulness. Take these diamond earrings festooned with over 500 diamonds including briolettes that shimmer with every move, a 20-carat D colour heart shaped diamond ring, is like a halo of light.
But none of these jewellery pyrotechnics would be possible without the Geneva atelier's dedication to perfection. The smooth settings and cascades of diamonds are thanks to hundreds of hours of meticulous work, and minute adjustments and corrections by the master jewellers checking and testing every step of the way. Fawaz Gruosi's designs come straight from the heart and are often provocative and unexpected, de GRISOGONO loves to combine different stone cuts or daring colour combinations.
And because no detail is too small, even the tip is decorated with a gemstone as are the heads of the claws holding stones in place. And even the hidden parts are elaborately decorated with the house's scroll motif. Ready for the limelight, these jewels are set to shine for eternity.
