Growing up by the oceans surrounding both Malta and the Caribbean, Tayma has been inspired to design her jewellery collections around the beautiful blue tones of the sea. Now a resident in Hong Kong, Tayma has drawn influence from Shan Shui, or mountain water, for her Dreamtime collection. As opals encapsulate the Shan Shui vision and style, they were chosen as the central gemstone in these white gold earrings. Featuring Bushfire opals from Australia, they are also decorated with diamonds and rubellites, the play of light flashing across the gemstone to replicate the feel of the mountainous wind.
