city

With its Blade Runner architecture, colonial charm and oriental atmosphere, Hong Kong manages to be familiar yet also futuristic. It is a city that operates around the clock at a frenetic pace, but stop and take time to enjoy the scenery because the island is blessed with a spectacular skyline that rises from Fragrant Harbour up to the top of The Peak.

Here, every luxury fashion, jewellery and watch brand has at least three or four boutiques, and with the Chinese passion for jade and pearls, Hong Kong is the perfect place to discover both traditional and contemporary designs. The Pearl River Delta is one of the jewellery world’s biggest production centres for accessible jewels, but the Chinese also love their statement stones, especially diamonds.

The sleek and glassy skyscrapers and shopping malls house the boutiques and showrooms of a growing number of very creative and innovative jewellers who use precious gems as a palette for their artistic designs.
