Hello, i'm Maria Doulton and, with my business partner Christine Pasquier, five years ago we set up Now, as a journalist, I really wanted to be able to open up this often mysterious, exclusive and very privileged world of watches and jewellery and, with The Jewellery Editor, we're able to do just this through the thousands of articles that we've published, videos that we've made and lots of beautiful pictures. So, I feel that we're now able to share our front row access into this fascinating world.

Quite simply, if it's happening in the world of watches and jewellery, we'll be there. For example, if Chopard or Chaumet, Dior, De Beers, Fabergé, Louis Vuitton or any of the big brands launch a fine jewellery collection, we will see them and talk to the experts and share them with you. But, we also hunt down those smaller elusive brands that perhaps you haven't heard of, such as Octium from Kuwait or Maison Giampiero Bodino from Milan, and many more you'll find on our website.

At home and abroad our most interesting moments are filmed by our video crew and, thanks to our growing team of now 10 writers and editors, we have become the online authority and a growing reference in our area. We have also found the most talented watch and jewellery writers around the world, so our website is really global.

We can give you guidance on how to buy an engagement ring, find the perfect necklace, or the ideal watch for him or for her, and in our Window Shopping section, once you've chosen products you will be redirected to the brand's website where you can buy them.

Since founding The Jewellery Editor in 2010, we have grown our digital magazine to be the number one global source of information and inspiration for fine jewellery and luxury watches.

3,500 articles, 150 videos with over 5 million views and a reach of over 2 million per month on social media later, we have offered unparalleled and highly respected coverage of our sector. However, despite our editorial success, we are financially struggling as an independent publisher.

Entirely funded, owned and run by Christine and Maria in London, we are now looking to sell The Jewellery Editor so that it can continue to grow. As e-commerce becomes a priority in our industry, we believe there is huge potential for engaging editorial content and are seeking a buyer who shares our values and passion so that under their guidance we can give a bright future to the platform and help us grow our business to the next stage.
