Swiss watchmaker DeLaneau has created a dreamlike timepiece decorated with a cherry tree in winter - one of four unique watches that depict the changing seasons on their dials. DeLaneau's Atame Cerisier Winter watch has an automatic movement and showcases what DeLaneau is renowned for: Grand Feu enamel watch dials, hand-painted on surfaces that are often no bigger than a coin. This enamelling technique takes great skill and patience, since the artist is never sure what the finished painting will look like until its final firing. But this is where DeLaneau shines. Each dial is a miniature masterpiece, with vivid colours and exceptional attention to detail. To complete the serene scene, diamond accents decorate the white gold case, crown and buckle.
