Boucheron tempt us to wear the new Dolce Riviera jewels with the lightness of a summer wrap or a flower pinned in the hair, taking us far away from the rigid formalities of traditional jewels. Each family of jewels represents on of the five the most beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean: Isola Bella, Capriccioli, Beau Rivage, Paraggi and Aiguebelle. The intensely coloured sapphires, rubellites, turquoise, tourmalines and rubies combined with thecool surfaces of pearls, coral and opals capture moment in seaside paradises, be it white-sand beaches shaded by lush forests are lapped by azure waters, the luminescent colours of summer flowers or crystalline pools shot through with beams of light. The necklaces hang low and loose with swags of rock crystal beads in the case of the Aiguebelle collection or strands rubellite, tourmalines, yellow sapphires, emeralds and spessartite garnets for the Isola Bella. Some necklaces have detachable parts that can be worn as brooches or bracelets while watches are concealed behind clusters of gems.
