Salon QP , organised by James Gurney, Editor of the leading UK watch title, QP, is the place to get your horological fix as here, under one neo-classical roof, some of the most respected watch houses come to showcase their finest creations. New arrivals such as TAG Heuer's Pendulum watch (above) will be on display alongside other eagerly awaited horological innovations. Held from 11-13 November at One Marylebone in London, brands such as A. Lange & Söhne, Cartier, Girard-Perregaux, TAG Heuer, Vacheron Constantin and Zenith will delight in showing the watch-lovers the most intricate details of their watchmaking masterpieces. There is no other event of its kind in the UK and for a few days each year, watch enthusiasts are able to see a wide range of watches and talk to the people behind the brands. Highlights include the world debut of a new piece designed by Dr George Daniels, the greatest living watchmaker. Be warned, tickets must be booked in advance.
