Amethyst and rubellite Medici brooch

This large Medici brooch – think the size of your palm – is made of rose gold set with some very large and beautiful gems, including 112.60 carats of amethysts, 20.10 carats of rubellites, Tahitian pearls and just over 2 carats of diamonds.
