The Chopard Imperiale watch is the embodiment of a glamorous bygone age. Since it was first introduced in 1990, the Imperiale has been chosen by those seeking a subtle yet sophisticated timepiece. Now in a new guise, totally redesigned, the new Imperiale continues to emanate this spirit of grandeur. The rose gold model features a chocolate tone dial embossed with rose gold Roman numerals at 12, 3, 6 and 9 o'clock. The minute and second indicators and the date aperture appear on an inner bevelled edge, inside which is an elegant motif. The chocolate tones of the dial are complemented by the warmth of the rose gold case, which measures a dainty 28mm. The lotus-shaped crown is topped with a faceted amethyst, a regal jewel that also appears at either end of the columnar lugs. Presented on a tonal alligator leather strap with a rose gold pin buckle, the Swiss-made quartz movement is waterproof to 50m.
