With the striking Roman numerals that make Backes & Strauss' watches so recognisable, this elegant and refined manual-winding watch is decorated with a single perfect diamond set into the crown - a break from tradition, perhaps, for a brand that has distinguished itself by focussing predominantly on diamond-set watches. But that diamond is an Ideal Round cut, above 'F' in colour grading and of 'Flawless' clarity, just like every diamond used by this British watchmaker.
