Just in time for summer, new rose gold additions to the Moonlight Grape collection of Georg Jensen jewellery have launched featuring the iconic grape motif.
The six pieces of contemporary jewellery that make up the collection feature ripe bunches of grapes - draped on top of a statement ring, punctuating the ends of a delicate rose gold bangle or subtly arranged in size order on an ear climber. Some of the jewels are set with brilliant-cut diamonds for an added touch of luxury.
The new rose gold jewels, which also include drop earrings and pendant necklaces, are part of the Moonlight Grapes fine jewellery collection, which was previously only available in silver. Inspired by an original Georg Jensen design from the 1920s Art Nouveau period, the grape motif is brought to life with a contemporary twist in these sculptural, very wearable pieces.
Established by Danish silversmith Georg Jensen in 1904, the company is renowned the world over for its unique approach to fine jewellery design, which also includes watches and home accessories. When its founder died in 1935, he was proclaimed to be "the greatest silversmith of the last 300 years" by the New York Herald Tribune.
