The red carpet has been rolled out, the photographers have elbowed their way into the best slots, the yachts are bobbing in the bay and the sun is shining. Yes, it's Cannes Film Festival once again and only a few days into the two week long spectacle and it's clear from the opening ceremony alone that glamour is making a comeback with Eva Herzigova wearing Chopard's dazzling diamond necklace that is a tribute to the greatest glamour puss of them all, Marilyn Monroe.

The Chopard bib style diamond necklace in honour of Marilyn stole the show and a good deal of the sunlight as its rays bounced off the hundreds of diamonds that cascaded down Eva Herzigova's neck. The Marilyn Monroe Tribute Set is made up of over 151 carats of diamond beads, 30 carats of heart shaped diamonds and an assortment of almost 19 carats of assorted diamonds. That's enough to many any girl purr. Read more about this singular necklace by clicking here
