Tiffany's inspiring Legendary jewels

I have just had a peek at Tiffany & Co's new jewels for the year and a nostalgic heirloom look is inspired by the rich archives of this house that has been around  for nearly as long as the United States of America. From a delicate diamond and seed pearl lattice bracelet to Schlumberger's jazzy 1950's designs, the past sings loud and clear at Tiffany & Co.

TIFFANY, Jean Schlumberger Conique Necklace. Price from $205,000

Tiffany & Co ushers in a reminder of times past with the 2011 Blue Book collection that resonates with the designlegacy of this most American of jewellers.  From the early days of Tiffany & Co come lockets, old-style seed pearl and diamond bracelets and delicate diamond pendants that wouldn't look out of place on a pre-bellum Southern Belle. Later design icons are born again under the signature of Schlumberger that waft in with the glamour of Jackie Kennedy. Tiffany's interest in gem stones is evident in the alluring selection of aquamarines, tanzanite, red spinels and the swimming pool blue hues of cuprian elabaite tourmaline, or Paraiba tourmalines.

Help us make the future bright

Since founding The Jewellery Editor in 2010, we have grown our digital magazine to be the number one global source of information and inspiration for fine jewellery and luxury watches.

3,500 articles, 150 videos with over 5 million views and a reach of over 2 million per month on social media later, we have offered unparalleled and highly respected coverage of our sector. However, despite our editorial success, we are financially struggling as an independent publisher.

Entirely funded, owned and run by Christine and Maria in London, we are now looking to sell The Jewellery Editor so that it can continue to grow. As e-commerce becomes a priority in our industry, we believe there is huge potential for engaging editorial content and are seeking a buyer who shares our values and passion so that under their guidance we can give a bright future to the platform and help us grow our business to the next stage.
