The Paris shows are not just about the frocks. For the past two years, the main Parisian jewellery ateliers, have joined up the organisers of the Haute Couture shows, the Chambre Syndicale de la Haute Couture and display their precious creations simultaneously. Chanel's Persane cuff is rich with an array of coloured stones. Each of the stones is set so that they tremble with the slightest move of the wrist - a very pleasing sensation.
Up close with Chaumet's Bee my love tiara crowned by a sapphire bee. The bee detaches and can be worn as a brooch. I love the honeycomb details.
