A precious mask with pink quartz, pink spinels, pink sapphires, rubies and feathers is decorating the dial of this one of a kind watch from the Grand Soir Bal Masqué collection in memory of the famous "Ball of the Century" held by Charles de Beistegui in 1951 for which Mr Dior had designed several magnificent costumes.
