Dials of the Radimoir watch in 1938 were simplified and displayed just four large Arabic numerals. The luminescence of the watch was achieved thanks to the use of a sandwich dial consisting of two overlapping plates. The upper dial featured the four large perforated numerals and indices allowing the thick layer of radium paste on the lower dial to glow through the holes.
