Patek Philippe first women's wristwatch 1868

One of the first modern wristwatches for ladies, the unusual gold rectangular case of this early Patek Philippe watch, housing a baguette movement and a white enamel dial, was covered by a black enamelled lid set with rose-cut diamonds. It sold in 1868 to Hungarian Countess Koscewicz.
