Actress Kelly Rutherford accessorised her stunning silver dress with several pieces from the new high jewellery Secret Combination collection by Harry Winston, at amfAR's New York Gala. Rutherford wore two pieces from the Secret Combination collection, a 115.9 carat diamond necklace and a 72.98 carat diamond bracelet, both set in platinum. She also wore 3.27 carat emerald-cut diamond ear studs and a 1.4 carat Traffic diamond ring, both set in platinum.
