About Jaeger-LeCoultre
Created over a century and a half ago, Jaeger LeCoultre has been
acknowledged as the Grande Maison of the Vallée de Joux with a vast
number of iconic watches from the Reverso, the Duoplan, right up to
the fabulously complicated Hybris Mechanica à Grande Sonnerie.
Pioneers of horological marvels, they are famous also for their
near inexhaustible Atmos clocks and also for 1844's millionometer:
the world's most precise measuring instrument. With one thousand
different calibres and two hundred patents all developed under the
auspices of Jaeger-LeCoultre, it's clear that with a watchmaker of
such vast history and mechanical significance as this, contemporary
designs still manage to push boundaries with apparently effortless
style.
